Two-Week Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, most merchandise (excluding final sale items) may be returned within two weeks from the day you receive your order.

Returned items must be unused, in like-new condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached. Following inspection, we will refund you the value of the returned item(s) and any applicable taxes.

Please contact us prior to returning merchandise so that we can issue a return authorization number. Without this number, your return may be refused.

Return Shipping

All merchandise returned to Krippled Fishing Lures must be shipped prepaid by the customer, unless there is a fault with the product. Please contact us prior to returning merchandise so that we may advise the best method of shipping, as goods shipped by non-approved methods may incur duties and taxes upon return to Canada. Packages returned through a non-approved shipping method may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Faulty or Damaged Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged or there is a defect in an item, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the return and replacement of your merchandise, on the condition that it is deemed a valid product defect.

Colour Variations

Please note that colours of lures and tackle shown online may vary slightly across different computer monitors or mobile devices due to display settings. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based solely on colour variations caused by display differences.
